About the role
We're looking for a detail-oriented Civil Inspector for Rails/Tracks to join our freight facilities operations team in Ruwais, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive inspections of railway tracks and rail infrastructure at our freight facilities, ensuring compliance with safety standards and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality across all freight facility operations. Conduct regular and systematic inspections of railway tracks, rails, and associated infrastructure at freight facilities Identify, document, and assess defects, wear, and damage to track systems using established inspection protocols Measure and evaluate track alignment, gauge, and structural integrity using precision measurement tools and equipment Analyze inspection findings and prepare detailed technical reports with recommendations for maintenance or repairs
