About the role

Prepare and serve beverage orders according to recipes and service standards, maintaining thorough knowledge of all bar products and cocktail recipes. Provide personalised, high-quality service with efficient and friendly customer interactions, including upselling opportunities. Prepare mise-en-place, garnishes, and perform all side duties to ensure the bar is fully stocked and ready for service. Maintain the bar counter and surrounding area in a clean, organised, and professional condition at all times. Adhere strictly to opening and closing procedures, monitor beverage stock levels, and reduce spoilage and wastage. Ensure proper presentation and display of premium liquors on shelves with defined quantities maintained. Handle guest enquiries courteously and establish positive customer relationships. Perform cashiering functions and ensure strict adherence to outlet cashiering procedures. Coach and train new recruits through on-the-job training, assisting in the development of employee skills and efficiency.
