Building Engineer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Building Engineer for site supervision project in Kuwait. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with local regulations. Supervise construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and schedules

• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality, safety standards, and progress
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues and maintain project timelines Review and approve technical submittals, shop drawings, and material samples
• Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, progress updates, and technical records
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards Identify potential risks or conflicts and propose effective solutions Participate in project meetings and provide regular updates to senior management Oversee quality control processes and implement corrective actions when necessary
