As a brand ambassador, the Sales Manager represents Movenpick's distinctive blend of culture,  lifestyle, wellness, and hospitality, ensuring the hotel is strongly positioned among  travel advisors, entertainment networks, corporate accounts, and high-value clientele. This role works closely with Revenue Management, Reservations, and Operations to convert  opportunities, maximize market share, and deliver a seamless guest journey from enquiry to  arrival .corporate travel buyers, family offices, concierge networks, and lifestyle partners. • Represent Movenpick alkhobar at international trade shows, roadshows, sales missions, networking events, and client activations. • Conduct regular sales calls, presentations, and site inspections to secure new business and strengthen partnerships. • Achieve or exceed individual monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals. • Work closely with Revenue Management to understand market demand, pricing strategy, and pace reports to identify opportunities. • Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, promotions, and lead generation initiatives that drive awareness and conversion. • Maintain accurate account plans, activity reports, pipelines, and opportunities in Delphi / Salesforce CRM systems. • Negotiate corporate and consortia agreements in line with hotel commercial strategy. • Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and changing travel patterns within assigned territories. • Coordinate with Reservations and Operations teams to ensure smooth execution of client bookings, VIP arrivals, and group requirements. • Support commercial initiatives including database development, account mapping, collateral distribution, and launch campaigns. • Foster strong working relationships with Accor Global Sales Offices and relevant Ennismore commercial teams to maximize account production. • Minimum 3–5 years of hotel or resort sales experience in a Sales Manager or Senior Sales Executive role within Al Khobar/ Dammam market. • Previous experience within luxury hospitality, lifestyle brands, or destination resorts preferred. • Strong network within luxury travel trade, leisure agencies, GCC corporate market, or international source markets. • Strong understanding of sales strategy, account management, contracting, and revenue fundamentals. • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. • Highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and results-driven mindset. • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. • Proficient in hotel systems including Opera, Delphi, Salesforce, Lanyon / Cvent, and Microsoft Office Suite. • Fluent English and Arabic required.
