Food & Beverage Manager

Role Overview As Food & Beverage Manager, you will oversee all F&B operations at Basiqat Resort by Mantis, ensuring exceptional guest experiences across restaurants, bars, in-room dining, banqueting, and events. You will be responsible for delivering consistent service excellence, driving revenue performance, and building a strong service culture aligned with the Mantis ethos. This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in a remote resort environment and understands how to create memorable dining experiences that reflect both place and purpose. What You'll Do F&B Operations Management Oversee day-to-day operations across all F&B outlets

• Ensure consistent service standards, product quality, and guest satisfaction
• Coordinate closely with Culinary and Front Office teams for seamless service delivery
• Manage restaurant, bar, in-room dining, and banquet operations Guest Experience & Service Excellence Champion a culture of outstanding service and personalised guest experiences
• Handle guest feedback, resolve issues, and ensure rapid service recovery when needed Continuously enhance service delivery through training and operational refinement
