Responsibilities

Welcome guests warmly and complete check-in and check-out procedures efficiently. Handle guest enquiries, requests and complaints professionally. Process reservations, payments and billing accurately. Maintain guest records and ensure data accuracy. Promote hotel facilities and services to enhance the guest experience. Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless guest stays. Deliver exceptional service in line with Radisson standards. Previous Front Office or guest service experience in hospitality is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A positive attitude and passion for customer service. Knowledge of hotel PMS systems is an advantage. Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays. Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
