We are seeking a dynamic and visionary General Manager to lead our prestigious hotel operations at  Mövenpick Hotel Muscat Bausher - Oman. As the driving force behind our success, you will oversee all aspects of hotel management,ensuring exceptional guest experiences while maximizing operational efficiency and profitability. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business goals and enhance overall performance

• Lead and inspire a diverse team of professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation Oversee all operational departments, including rooms division, food and beverage, sales and marketing, and finance
• Ensure the highest standards of guest service and satisfaction are consistently met. Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including owners, corporate leadership, and local community partners. Drive revenue growth through innovative marketing strategies and business development initiatives. Ensure compliance with local regulations, brand standards, and company policies. Implement and monitor quality assurance programs to maintain service excellence. Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
