The role involves overseeing the development and implementation of HSE policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations, and fostering a culture of safety across all organizational levels. The position offers opportunities to contribute to safety excellence and environmental stewardship on major construction projects. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Lead the HSE team in conducting risk assessments, audits, and inspections to identify hazards and implement mitigation strategies
• Provide strategic direction and management for HSE initiatives across all projects and departments Facilitate incident investigations, identify root causes, and ensure implementation of corrective actions Organize and deliver HSE training programs to enhance safety awareness among employees and subcontractors
