Project Manager - Activations

We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional events. You would be an ideal fit for this role if: You have experience with Esports or live gaming events or; You have worked on defence and or/aviation events and/or; You have experience with managing hackathons, CTF or similar competitions   What you will do Inter-departmental Processes, Milestone, and Risk Management

• Coordinate project management systems, procedures, and processes to ensure smooth inter-department timelines and deadlines. Evaluate and align processes to improve overall delivery and approval workflows. Conduct continuous risk assessments, including milestone alignment, resourcing considerations, and contingency planning for potential issues. Stakeholder Management and Reporting
• Manage stakeholder interactions across internal teams and external partners at all levels. Ensure clear communication and reporting to internal and external stakeholders, including VIPs and senior stakeholders, throughout the lifecycle of the events. Event Delivery and Coordination
