Rotating Equipment Principal Engineer
About the role
Oversee and manage all activities related to maintenance of the rotating equipment including - developing QA/QC protocols and procedures for preventive and corrective maintenance by delivering technical excellence and leadership to ensure that the technical integrity of the rotating equipment is maintained.
MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive seamless communication between senior leadership, team members, and other departments to ensure smooth flow of information and timely decision making Build a strong team culture by fostering a positive and productive work environment and ensuring that the staff is motivated and collaborative Set clear goals and expectations for team members, regularly assess their performance against the set goals, and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement
- Conduct regular check ins with team members for alignment on expectations and performance
- Lead the rotating equipment team and ensure effective and efficient utilization of resources to achieve departmental objectives Guide and support team members on all operational and functional matters and resolve any doubts/concerns/grievances they have Devote time to train team members on new ways of working, developing new competencies, and upskilling to drive performance and productivity
