Spa Therapist

Duties & Functions: Be responsible for spa treatment consultations and identification of possible contraindications. Be responsible for performing beauty therapy treatments, massage and body therapy treatments and specialized treatments for the members and guests to the required standard and provide guests with home-care well-being program. Be responsible for after care advice for the member of guest

• Be responsible for achieving retail sales
• Ensure that all treatment rooms and therapy back of house areas are maintained to high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
• Ensure that all equipment is serviced as part of a preventative maintenance program
• Carry out spa tours and spa consultations with guests and members, giving personalized advice and promote facilities, treatments and products
• Assist during spa promotions and events
• Assist with marketing and public relations Have complete knowledge and understanding of all services and products offered Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and the spa’s policies and procedures
