• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and clinical evaluations. Diagnose and manage a broad range of psychiatric and behavioral health conditions. Develop individualized treatment and care plans. Provide appropriate pharmacological and non-pharmacological interventions. Manage acute psychiatric presentations and complex mental health cases. Provide ongoing follow-up and monitor treatment outcomes. Work collaboratively with psychologists, therapists, social workers, nurses, and other specialists. Provide appropriate risk assessment and patient safety management. Maintain accurate clinical records and treatment documentation. Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and clinical meetings. Contribute to quality improvement, clinical governance, and continuing professional development. Requirements
