JOB SUMMARY

AbbVie Tumoohy Talent is an early career pathway designed for recent graduates. The journey begins with a shadow and project for a 2-month period, during which participants will gain exposure to AbbVie through shadowing opportunities, structured learning, and a business project. Following completion of the project, you will then progress into our rotational development program as a Therapeutics/ Aesthetics Associate (or Business Associate). As a Therapeutics/ Aesthetics Associate you will rotate across two, rotations across key business areas, such as Product Sales & Marketing; and Customer Excellence & Market Access. The two year-program, on a fixed-term contract is designed to accelerate your development and prepare you for a future leadership role in AbbVie’s commercial function. As a Business Associate you will rotate across two, rotations across key business areas, such as Human Resources; and Finance & Supply. The two year-program, on a fixed-term contract is designed to accelerate your development and prepare you for a future leadership role in AbbVie’s support function.
