Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, essential job functions of the Assistant Pool and Beach Manager include but are not limited to the following:  Operations & Service

• Assist in managing the daily operations of the pool and beach bar to ensure efficient and high-quality service. Monitor service standards and guest satisfaction, resolving issues promptly and professionally. Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained across all areas. Support in planning and executing promotions, events, and seasonal activities to enhance guest engagement. Team Leadership Supervise and motivate the team, ensuring productivity and positive morale. Conduct daily briefings, allocate duties, and monitor performance. Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of team members. Ensure compliance with grooming, service, and brand standards. Guest Experience Build strong relationships with guests and anticipate their needs. Handle guest feedback and complaints, ensuring timely resolution. Create a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere in line with the brand image. Financial & Commercial
